Avinor Air Navigation Services reappoints Helios for safety, human performance and security support
Avinor Air Navigation Services, the biggest Air Navigation Service Provider in Norway, has reappointed Egis aviation, led by Helios, under a five-year framework contract for provision of consultancy and engineering services.
Helios will draw upon their safety, human performance and security expertise to help Avinor Air Navigation Services to deliver its capital investment programme of major operational and technical changes to the tower, approach and en-route services such as the introduction of the new iTEC ATM system and the deployment of their NINOX Remote Towers platform.
Anders Kirsebom, CEO of Avinor Air Navigation Services says: "We selected Helios because of their expertise in the ATM domains and their in-depth understanding of the Norwegian and wider EU environment.
