On 21 October 2024, Artelia announces the acquisition of 100% of the shares of ADP Ingénierie (ADPI), until now owned by Groupe ADP (Aéroports de Paris SA). With more than 9,000 employees and a historic presence on five continents, Artelia is positioned among the world’s top 50 engineering companies, with a turnover of €983 million in 2023 (+18% compared with 2022).

This acquisition marks an important step in the Artelia Group’s growth and diversification strategy, based on sustained and controlled international development. It strengthens the Group’s position in the airport engineering market, broadening its portfolio of services and complementing the skills and references it already combines in the airport sector in France and Denmark.

With ADPI – which becomes Artelia Airports – Artelia equips itself to become a major player in global airport engineering by acquiring complementary skills at a high level of expertise, with the desire to support the transformation of airports in the face of particularly demanding environmental challenges.
